Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains how Casmara Canada (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on https://casmaracosmetics.ca.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products when all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is new, unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item is returned in its original packaging (including seals, labels, and protective components)
• Proof of purchase is provided (order number / confirmation)
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If you’d like a different size or variation, please contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our Customer Care team by email at wecare@casmaracosmetics.ca or via our Contact Us form.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.
Return Shipping (Canada)
Returns are accepted by mail. For approved returns within Canada, we provide a free return shipping label (download and print). Please send items using the instructions and address provided in your authorization email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Approved returns are refunded in full. No restocking fees apply. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare/cosmetic products, items marked Final Sale, or custom/promotional bundles (where specified).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
