1. What is your return policy?
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.
Free return shipping is available for approved returns.

2. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are available under the same conditions as returns. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

3. How long does shipping take?
Canada: 6–12 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You may also log into your account on our website or contact our support team for updates.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or is missing?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item or packaging.
If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

7. What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used skincare products
• Final sale items
• Custom or promotional bundles (where specified)

8. What payment methods do you accept?
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express
• PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Shop Pay
All payments are secure and processed in CAD. Please see our Payment Policy for details.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States only.
